Refund policy
1. Service Nature
We provide repair and maintenance services for laptops, PCs, Macs, iPads, and accessories. Since this is a service-based business, returns are not applicable once the service is completed.
2. No Refund After Service Completion
Once the repair service is completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued. Customers are requested to verify the device at the time of delivery.
3. Advance Payment
Any advance payment made for diagnostics, booking, or parts procurement is non-refundable.
4. Parts Replacement & Warranty
- If any part is replaced, it may carry a limited warranty (e.g., 7–30 days depending on the part).
- Warranty covers only manufacturing defects, not physical damage, liquid damage, or misuse.
5. Service Rework (If Issue Persists)
If the same issue occurs within the warranty period, we will recheck and repair the device at no extra service charge.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before the service begins.
- If parts have already been ordered, cancellation charges may apply.
7. Device Condition
We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing issues not disclosed earlier
- Data loss during repair (customers are advised to take backup)
- Damage due to misuse after service
8. Refund Eligibility (If Applicable)
Refunds may be considered only if:
- We are unable to complete the repair
- The required part is unavailable
