At LapFixr, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms related to service cancellations and refunds.

1. Service Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of a service before the repair process has started.

Once diagnostic work or repair work has begun, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake
  • Service could not be completed by our team
  • Incorrect amount charged

Refund requests for completed repair services may not be accepted once the issue has been resolved successfully.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Physical damage after service completion
  • Software issues caused by user activity
  • Issues unrelated to the original repair
  • Delay caused by unavailable spare parts or third-party suppliers

4. Inspection and Approval

All refund requests are subject to inspection and approval by the LapFixr support team.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in the customer’s original payment method.

6. Advance Payments

Advance payments made for ordered spare parts or special services may be non-refundable once the order has been placed.
